Yes! Here’s something else to celebrate in the New Year!

Full Tilt Poker has finally released a new version of poker software that lets you chose a ‘Race Track View’ of the table - and also lets you opt for avatars or (my favourite) NO AVATARS. Hurray, Whoo hoooo, Hip Ray!
 
I’d got so sick of the nauseating avatars and ditzy cartoonish graphics at Full Tilt Poker that I’d not played there for a while despite some great play opportunities I knew was missing. Playing serious money poker against 2 gnomes, a bulldog and 3 frogs was just not my thing. And some annoying work colleague, knowing my pet peeves, had even configured my default Full Tilt table backdrop to ‘Desert Island’ just to really piss me off.

This is what the new poker table view can look like at Full Tilt (and you can even remove these avatars). Well done guys!
