OK. I did better in the lunchtime freeroll, finishing 186th out of 5,396 players - but of course it was only the $200 freeroll and they only paid out down to 30th place.

I was doing well for a while coasting at around 16K chips, but slowly drifted down the field as I seemed to be unable to make a hand stick as the blinds raised up.

Eventually, I went out on a Big Slick (AKo) that failed to pair up but it was a calculated all-in move as I had less than 2x the big blind left anyway.

I’d better nip off and do some work I guess.
